<title>General sales conditions of online sales of CORNICO.eu eShop</title>
			<link>https://www.cornico.eu/general-sales-conditions-of-online-sales-of-cornico.eu-eshop/</link>
<description>establishing the terms and conditions of business between the operator / seller and the customer / buyer (hereinafter referred to as GTC )

1. The operator (seller) of the CORNiCO.sk eShop online store is CORNiCO Company, sro, Diaľničná cesta 16/B, 90301 Senec, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 35752271.

2. The customer (buyer) in the online store is any natural or legal person who sends an electronic form with an order for goods (product(s) or service(s).

3. When ordering as a natural person - non-entrepreneur, please provide your name, surname, address where the goods should be delivered, telephone number and e-mail. If you are purchasing as a legal entity (for a company or trade), please also provide your business name, IČO, DIČ / IČ DPH and billing address if it is different from the delivery address.

4. The acceptance of the order for goods by the operator and therefore the conclusion of the purchase contract occurs based on the confirmation of this correctly and completely completed order in electronic form (by e-mail) by the operator, while the operator reserves the right to additionally adjust the price of the ordered goods (the operator therefore does not guarantee the price of the goods that is listed on the operator&amp;#39;s website at the time of placing the order, as it depends on changes in the supplier prices of the goods in question). After sending the order, a confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent to the e-mail you entered, and later also other information about the status of your order (e.g. the order has been processed, the goods have been shipped, the goods are currently sold out, etc.). The registered customer can check the order directly in online mode on the website of the online store after logging in.

5. The place of performance of the purchase contract is the registered office (residence) or place of business of the customer specified in the electronic order form. The goods will be delivered by the operator using the services of third parties (contractual carrier, courier service) or the operator will deliver the goods by its own means or, based on an agreement with the customer, the goods will be prepared for delivery at the operator. Delivery of the goods is carried out by handing them over to the customer or by handing over the goods for transport to the contractual carrier. Ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods under the suspensive condition of payment of the purchase price specified in the order in full. Until the transfer of ownership rights from the operator to the customer, the customer has all the obligations of a custodian of things and is obliged to safely store the products and services at their own expense and mark them so that they are identifiable as the operator&amp;#39;s goods under all circumstances.

6.a. The operator will deliver the goods to the customer after receiving the electronic order form by 12:00 on a working day in 2 working days and when sending the order after 12:00 on a working day in 3 working days. The customer acknowledges that the stated delivery dates (delivery times) are only indicative. We send the ordered goods by our own vehicles or by a courier company to your delivery address, which is stated in the order form. In the event that the operator is unable to deliver all the ordered goods to the customer on the agreed date, the operator will notify the customer of this situation as soon as possible and will inform him of the expected delivery date of the ordered goods or propose the delivery of replacement goods. If the customer does not pick up the shipment, the shipment will be returned to the operator and if the customer does not notify the reason for not picking up the shipment, no further shipment will be sent to him in the future until a fine of 30% of the shipment price and shipping costs is paid, unless both parties agree otherwise. In order to reduce the environmental burden and economically manage packaging materials, the operator uses food-grade and hygienically safe packaging, foil, paper cartons and sheets from unpacked goods and packaging when packing and filling packages and shipments. The aforementioned material does not cause contamination or deterioration of the packaged goods under any circumstances.

6.b. Payment Terms - The Buyer may pay the purchase price for the goods using the following methods: In the case of personal collection, the purchase price may be paid in cash or by payment card. Upon payment, the Buyer will always be issued and handed the appropriate proof of payment in accordance with applicable legal regulations. In the case of cash on delivery, the purchase price may be paid in cash or by payment card upon receipt of the goods from the carrier. In this case as well, the Buyer will be issued a proof of payment. Upon mutual agreement, an invoice with a due date may be issued to a contractual partner. The invoice due date is stated directly on the invoice, and in such cases the goods are released or dispatched in accordance with individually agreed terms. The Buyer may also pay the purchase price by bank transfer in advance. In this case, an invoice will be issued to the Buyer after the order has been received. The goods will be released or dispatched only after the full amount has been credited to the Seller&amp;rsquo;s bank account. The Seller reserves the right to charge a fee for this payment method due to the increased administrative complexity of order processing. At the same time, the Buyer acknowledges that processing an order paid by advance bank transfer may take longer compared to other payment methods. Payment is also possible via the Seller&amp;rsquo;s online payment gateway using a payment card (e.g. VISA, Mastercard, and other supported payment instruments). With this payment method, the purchase price is paid immediately upon order creation. After successful receipt of the payment to the Seller&amp;rsquo;s account and provided that no other obstacles exist, the goods will be released or dispatched. The Seller prefers this payment method; therefore, orders paid via the online payment gateway may be processed with priority compared to orders paid by other methods. A tax document (invoice or cash receipt) is issued for each order and is made available to the Buyer electronically in their customer account or enclosed with the shipment in paper form. In the event of loss of the document, the Buyer has the right to request its reissuance from the Seller.

7.a. In the event that the goods are delivered by a contracted carrier, the customer grants the operator the right to provide the contracted carrier with the necessary personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods (name / business name, address, telephone number).

7.b. If the selected delivery method is personal collection, the collection point is the address of the eShop operator CORNiCO.sk, which is: CORNiCO Company, sro, Diaľničná cesta 16/B - Logistické centrum, 90301 Senec, Slovak Republic during operating hours Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:00. The goods will be reserved for 5 working days. If the customer (buyer) requests to extend the reservation period, it is necessary to inform the operator (seller) about this fact by e-mail to the e-mail address: cornico@cornico.sk or by phone at 02 / 4552 3886. When collecting in person at the collection point (CORNiCO Senec), it is possible to pay in cash or by bank card.

8. When accepting the goods, the customer will receive a receipt of the goods, which is also a receipt of payment for the goods in the case of payment on delivery. The receipt of the goods is also a written order for the goods. The customer will receive a tax document with a calculation of the purchase price and VAT by e-mail no later than 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods.

9. In the event that the customer does not pay and does not accept the ordered goods outside the situation of damage to the goods upon delivery (the shipment is returned as undelivered through no fault of the operator, e.g. if the contractual carrier did not find the addressee, did not notify about the storage of the shipment, the customer did not accept the shipment by mistake or intentionally, etc.), the operator may demand compensation for damage caused by the breach of the obligation to which the contractual penalty applies. In such a case, the contractual penalty is set at least at the amount of the postage paid and at most at 50% of the total price of the order. The customer who did not accept the order will be sent a message by e-mail with a request for information on what to do next with his order. The customer has 7 days from the date of sending the message to respond to this request. If the customer requests that the returned shipment be resent, the operator will charge a second handling fee and postage in accordance with the valid price list to the total price of the shipment. Re-sending of the returned shipment is only possible upon payment in advance. If the customer does not respond to the operator&amp;#39;s request within the specified period, the order will be canceled by the operator.

10. The customer as a private person (non-entrepreneur) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 working days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the law. In such a case, the customer shall contact the operator and send him a written statement (not by electronic means of communication) of withdrawal from the contract, stating the order number, date of purchase and account number or exact address for financial settlement. The customer shall send the purchased goods in the original condition as at receipt (including documentation, accessories, etc.) at his own expense, together with the original proof of purchase, back to the operator&amp;#39;s address (but not by cash on delivery). The customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the goods were purchased and received in person from the operator. The operator undertakes to refund the customer the price paid for the relevant goods within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods in the same way as was used to pay for the goods, unless the customer requests otherwise. In the event that the returned goods are damaged, used, worn or incomplete, the operator may refund the customer the purchase price reduced by the value of the damage or wear and tear of the goods in question, in the amount of at least 1% of the total price of the goods (in accordance with the relevant provisions of Section 457 of the Civil Code).

11. The customer may not withdraw from a purchase contract whose subject is the provision of a service if the service began to be performed with the customer&amp;#39;s consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period from the purchase contract. He may also not withdraw when selling goods made according to the customer&amp;#39;s special requirements, goods intended specifically for one customer, goods that cannot be returned due to their properties (e.g. for hygiene reasons) or goods that are subject to rapid deterioration.

12. The operator reserves the right to change prices. The price is valid as stated in the e-mail confirming receipt of the order. The price does not include consulting services, transportation or any other costs, unless stated in the product description. The price of the goods is determined according to the valid price list. Discounted (promotional) prices of goods are clearly marked with symbols (such as promotion or sale ). Discounted prices are valid until stocks run out or for the duration of the period specified for the discounted price.

13. If the customer is currently located or lives abroad and provides a delivery address abroad, the operator will deliver the ordered goods to the delivery address abroad, but only to EU member states (28 states). If the price for shipping to an EU member state is not automatically displayed in the order form, the operator will agree on the amount of the shipping fee with the customer individually.

14. Warranty conditions are regulated by the complaints procedure.

15. The operator is not responsible for late delivery of goods caused by the delivery person (post, courier) or by providing an incorrect address of the customer. The customer is obliged to thoroughly check the goods upon receipt from the delivery person and confirm receipt of the goods with his signature on the receipt of the goods. If the shipment is visibly damaged or destroyed, the customer is obliged to contact the operator immediately without taking delivery of the shipment. A complaint for any non-delivery of goods due to the delivery person&amp;#39;s fault or damage to the goods caused by the delivery person must be made directly to the delivery person in such cases. Complaints about mechanical damage to the goods caused by transport, the receipt of which was confirmed by the customer to the delivery person without defects, will not be recognized by the operator as justified and the customer will not be provided with payment for such a complaint.

16. All received electronic orders for goods are considered a proposal to conclude a purchase contract and are not considered binding. The customer has the right to cancel the order without giving a reason at any time before the goods are dispatched, by e-mail or by telephone. The operator has the right to cancel the order in the event of non-delivery of the goods due to force majeure, due to the termination of its production, due to its sale or due to the impossibility of delivery at the price stated in the online store; in all these cases, the operator shall inform the customer thereof. The operator is obliged to provide the possibility of delivery of replacement goods. The customer has the right to refuse the possibility of delivery of replacement goods and withdraw from the order for the said goods. In the event of payment of the purchase price or part thereof, the funds will be returned to the customer within 15 calendar days in the same way as was used to pay for the goods, unless the customer requests otherwise.

17. The Customer declares that he agrees, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 428/2002 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, that the Operator processes and stores his personal data, in particular those listed above and/or which are necessary for the Operator&amp;#39;s activities and processes them in all its information systems. The Customer grants this consent to the Operator for an indefinite period. The Customer may withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time in writing (by e-mail, letter) or by telephone, on the basis of which the Operator will delete his personal data from its database. The registered Customer may update his personal data directly online on the website of the online store after logging in.

18. After submitting an order or registering, the Customer may receive messages about the Seller&amp;#39;s offers of goods, promotions and services. The Customer may cancel the sending at any time via the link provided in the e-mails that will be delivered to him.

19. Business relationships (as well as other legal relationships that may arise from them) with natural persons who do not act when concluding business contracts under these GTC within the scope of their business activities are subject to, in addition to the general provisions of the Civil Code, special regulations, in particular Act No. 108/2000 on consumer protection in door-to-door and mail order sales, Act No. 250/2007 on consumer protection.

20.a. All product information, images, descriptions, photographs, drawings, parameters, videos, labels are not binding. This also applies to illustrations, references, standards and specifications of third parties.

20.b. Images, graphics, texts, audio tracks and various other content of the e-shop www.cornico.sk and its language mutations (.at; .eu; .hu) can be created using AI (Artificial Intelligence).

The Customer and the Operator have agreed that they fully recognize the electronic form of communication, in particular via electronic mail and the Internet, as valid and binding for both contracting parties. The electronic form of communication is not acceptable in the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract.

22. By sending an order, the Customer confirms that he has read these GTC and agrees with them in their entirety. Regardless of the other provisions of these GTC, the Operator shall not be liable to the Customer for lost profits, loss of opportunity or any other indirect or consequential losses due to negligence, breach of the purchase contract or arising in any other way. If any provisions of these GTC are proven to be invalid or unenforceable by the competent authorities of the Slovak Republic, in whole or in part, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of the GTC and the remaining parts of the relevant provision of the GTC shall remain unaffected.

23. The GTC apply in the wording stated on the operator&amp;#39;s website on the day the electronic order form is sent, unless expressly agreed otherwise between both parties.

The obligation to provide written notification of changes to the GTC is fulfilled by posting them on the store&amp;#39;s website.

These GTC are valid from 7.1.2026 and fully replace the previous GTC. The Operator reserves the right to change the GTC without prior notice.</description>
