Powder mixture for the preparation of a warm soft drink for every occasion with the taste of mulled wine. Contains 13% dried red wine juice. In winter it is an ideal drink for chalets, ski resorts but also for outpatient sales, restaurants, bars, buffets. It is also suitable for hot mixed alcoholic beverages. You can also prepare this product in hot drink manufacturers - chocolate makers.
Ingredients: sugar, dried red wine 13% (glucose syrup, dried red wine juice), maltodextrin, acids (citric acid, malic acid), wine aroma, aroma, vegetable concentrate from hibiscus and carrot, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, phosphorus). ground clove, coloring (ammonia-sulphite caramel).
Average nutritional data per 100g of mixture: energy 1663 kJ / 396 kcal; fat <0,1 g; of which saturated fatty acids <0,1 g; carbohydrates 97 g; of which sugars 78 g; protein <0,1 g; salt <0,1 g.
Instructions for preparation in hot beverage manufacturers: pour the contents of the bag into 3 liters of cold water, mix well, pour into the hot beverage manufacturer. Switch on the manufacturer and set the temperature to 90 ° C. After reaching the set temperature, lower the temperature to 60 ° C. Keep the drink at this temperature for the duration of the sale.
Instructions for preparation for home use: pour the contents of the bag into 3 L of hot water (not boiling) and mix well.
Yield: 3 - 3.3 L of beverage.
Storage: dry storage up to + 25 ° C.
