Mixture of HOT DRINK Black currant 300 G

Powder mixture for the preparation of a warm soft drink for every occasion with an exceptional taste. Contains vitamin C, minerals and fruit content. In winter it is an ideal drink for chalets, ski resorts but also for outpatient sales, restaurants, bars, buffets. It is also suitable for hot mixed alcoholic beverages. You can also prepare this product in hot drink manufacturers - chocolate makers.
Ingredients: sugar, dried blackcurrant juice 2%, blackcurrant aroma, acid (citric acid), vegetable concentrate from hibiscus and carrot, anti-caking agent (silica), color (ammonia-sulfite caramel), vitamin C.
Average nutritional data per 100g of mixture: energy 1667 kJ / 397 kcal; fats <0.5 g, of which saturated fatty acids 0 g; carbohydrates 96 g, of which sugars 95 g; protein <0.5 g; salt <0.01 g.
Instructions for preparation in hot beverage manufacturers: pour the contents of the bag into 3 liters of cold water, mix well, pour into the hot beverage manufacturer. Switch on the manufacturer and set the temperature to 90 ° C. After reaching the set temperature, lower the temperature to 60 ° C. Keep the drink at this temperature for the duration of the sale.
Instructions for preparation for home use: pour the contents of the bag into 3 L of hot water (not boiling) and mix well.
Yield: 3 - 3.3 L of beverage.
Storage: dry storage up to + 25 ° C.
