Stainless steel base. Stainless steel oil tank. Removable electric frying element. Fryer operation indicator. The safety thermostat guarantees protection against overheating. Bath capacity 7.5 liters. Drain valve. Continuous adjustment of dough dosing speed, oil flow and reversing mechanism.
Easy maintenance and cleaning. Supplied with MINIDONUTS production accessories. Heat to working temperature for about 30 minutes. Piston size: 2 x 23 mm. Weight minidonuts 10 - 20g.
