This professional electric hotplate with a robust construction has an entire stainless steel construction that stands on rubber non-slip feet for stability. There is a removable waste drawer at the bottom, also made of stainless steel. The thermostat is adjustable from 70 to 300°C with overheating protection. The construction is robust with a 6 mm thick grill plate. The device has a light temperature indicator that indicates when the set temperature has been reached. Thanks to the all-stainless steel design of the plate and the grease container, cleaning is very easy.
