Pinto bean cream Refried Beans is an authentic ingredient of Mexican cuisine, which is one of the basic ingredients in the preparation of traditional dishes such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas or chili con carne.
The cream is made from high-quality pinto beans, which have a mild, slightly nutty flavor and a naturally creamy consistency. After cooking, the beans are blended and seasoned with onion, oil, and spices, creating a thick bean paste known as refried beans.
