Popcorn yellow fat is a fat with a semi-liquid consistency. This fat is an important component in the production of quality popcorn. We offer you quality yellow popcorn fat with the addition of natural dye β-carotene with a mild buttery flavor for the preparation of real original cinema - popcorn.
Ingredients: refined vegetable fat made from refined non-hydrogenated vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), β-carotene dye E160a, butter flavor.
Average nutritional values per 100 g: energy value 3700kJ / 900kcal, fats 100g of which saturated fatty acids 34g, monounsaturated fatty acids 47g, polyunsaturated fatty acids 18g, carbohydrates 0g, fiber 0g, protein 0g, salt 0g.

Dosage: The dosage of the fat depends on the size of the popcorn roasting pan, but in general the dosage ratio applies: 1 part fat and 3 parts corn. However, the dosage can be adjusted by each manufacturer according to his own recipe.
