Powdered food coloring and flavoring. This powder concentrate is added during the production process and is used to color prepared donuts, pastries, cakes, popcorn, waffles, drinks....    Dosage as needed depending on the product.
( Dosage when making Gourmet popcorn: 2 oz. SIGNATURE BLENDS /5 gallon of popcorn. Dose after the sound signal sounds and into the warm glaze before pouring the popcorn into the boiler.)
Ingredients: dextrose, blue dye E133 - Brilliant Blue FCF, yellow dye E102 - Tartrazine, red dye E129 - Allura Red AC. (Colorants may have adverse effects on the activity and attention of children).
Nutrition / Energy per 100g: 1472kJ/352 kcal, fat 0,08g, of which saturates <0,01g, carbohydrates 88,01g, of which sugars 72,99g, protein 0,08g, salt 0,123g.
Storage: in a dry warehouse up to +20°C, protect from direct sunlight.
