Powdered food coloring and flavoring. This powder concentrate is added during the production process and is used to color prepared doughnuts, donuts, pastries, cakes, popcorn, waffles, drinks... Dosage as needed depending on the product.
(Dosing for making Gourmet popcorn: 2 oz. SIGNATURE BLENDS /5 gallon of popcorn. Dose after the beep and into the warm glaze before pouring the popcorn into the kettle.)
Ingredients: dextrose, natural and artificial flavors, blue dye E133 - Brilliant Blue FCF, yellow dye E102 - Tartrazine, yellow dye E110, red dye E129 - Allura Red AC. (Colorants may have an adverse effect on the activity and attention of children). May contain traces of soy and milk.
Nutritional/Energy value per 100g: 1472kJ/353 kcal, fat 0.09g, of which saturated fatty acids <0.01g, carbohydrates 88.37g, of which sugars 79.05g, protein 0.09g, salt 0.121g.
