An electric potato spiral slicer cuts raw potatoes in a spiral section. Before cutting, the raw potato is pierced with a wooden stick about 40 cm long. After cutting the spiral, the raw potato is removed from the machine on a wooden stick and the cut potato is spread over the wooden stick in a regular spiral. The raw potato thus cut on a stick is placed in a fryer with hot oil and fried like regular french fries. After frying, the potatoes are served on a wooden stick on a tray salted or flavored with salty flavors. Serve warm.
The slicer can also be used to prepare other vegetable spirals.
