Churros Dough 5 kg

Original powder mixture for the preparation and production of churros from the production of CORNiCO original raw materials.
Preparation instructions : mix 1 kg of powder mixture with 720 ml of water. Mix well (we can use a mixer) and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature. Then, using a churros machine, press them into the boiling oil.
