The principle of heating in the form of a bain-marie (hot bath) prevents the drink from burning on the bottom. Side walls made of polycarbonate. Continuous mixing ensures good mixing of the chocolate. Machine has protection against overheating. Special drain tap with a mechanism for expelling beverage residues from the drain valve.
