Powder mixture for the preparation of a warm soft drink "BOMBARDINO NEALKO" (fwith flavor rum and egg cognac). We prepare the product in Chocolate dispenser.
Ingredients: sugar, whole milk powder, thickeners (corn starch, modified potato starch), rum aroma and egg cognac aroma, colorant (curcumin, beta carotene), glucose, salt, anti-caking agent (silica).
Average nutritional values per 100 g of mixture: energy 1737kJ / 414kcal; fats 7.6g, of which saturated fatty acids 4.9g; carbohydrates 78g, of which sugars 58g; protein 7.5g; salt 0.5g.
Instructions for preparation: pour the contents of the bag into 2 liters of cold water, mix well, pour into the Chocolate dispenser. Switch on the Chocolate dispenser and set the temperature to 75°C, after concentrating the beverage, reduce the temperature to 45°C. At this temperature maintain max. 8 hours ! ! !
Yield: 2.3 - 2.5 L of Bombardino drink.
Storage: dry storage up to +25°C.
