Mixture of HOT DRINK APPLE AND CINNAMON 300G

Powder mixture for the preparation of a warm soft drink for every occasion with an exceptional taste. Contains vitamin C, minerals and fruit content. In winter it is an ideal drink for chalets, ski resorts but also for outpatient sales, restaurants, bars, buffets. It is also suitable for hot mixed alcoholic beverages. You can also prepare this product in hot drink manufacturers - chocolate makers.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, maltodextrin, acids (citric and malic acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrate), dried apple juice 0.4% (glucose syrup, apple juice from concentrate, thickener: pectin), apple and cinnamon aroma, anti-caking agents ( silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate), table salt, dyes (ammonia-sulphite caramel, carotenes), vitamin C.
Average nutritional data per 100g of mixture: energy 1630 kJ / 388 kcal; fat <0,1 g; of which saturated fatty acids <0,1 g; carbohydrates 94 g; of which sugars 91 g; protein <0,1 g; salt 1 g.
Instructions for preparation in hot beverage manufacturers: pour the contents of the bag into 3 liters of cold water, mix well, pour into the hot beverage manufacturer. Switch on the manufacturer and set the temperature to 90 ° C. After reaching the set temperature, lower the temperature to 60 ° C. Keep the drink at this temperature for the duration of the sale.
Instructions for preparation for home use: pour the contents of the bag into 3 L of hot water (not boiling) and mix well.
Yield: 3 - 3.3 L of beverage.
Storage: dry storage up to + 25 ° C.
