Chocolate Classic Powder mixture 600g

Powder mixture for the preparation of a warm chocolate drink. We prepare the product in Chocolate dispenser.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa powder with a reduced fat content of 25%, whey, milk substitute: (glucose syrup, hardened vegetable fat, milk protein), stabilizer: (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent: (silica), emulsifiers: (mono- and diglycerides fatty acids, polysorbate 80, colorant: carotenes), corn starch, thickener: (carboxymethylcellulose), sweetener: (sodium cyclamate), acidity regulator: (sodium citrate), flavor. May contain eggs and gluten.
Average nutritional values ​​per 100 g of mixture: energy 1610kJ / 383kcal; fats 7g, of which saturated fatty acids 5.9g; carbohydrates 66g, of which sugars 49g; protein 7.9g; salt 0.94g.
Instructions for preparation: pour the contents of the bag into 2 liters of cold water, mix well, pour into the Chocolate dispenser. Switch on the Chocolate dispenser and set the temperature to 85°C, after concentrating the beverage, reduce the temperature to 50 - 60°C.
Yield: 2.5 - 2.6 L of Chocolate drink.
Storage: dry storage up to +25°C.
