Chocolate Classic Powder mixture 600g

Powder mix for preparing a hot non-alcoholic drink with a chocolate flavor. You can prepare this hot chocolate in hot drink makers - chocolatiers.
Ingredients: sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder 25%, whey , milk substitute : (glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, milk protein ), stabilizer: (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent: (silicon dioxide), emulsifiers: (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polysorbate 80, color: carotenes), corn starch, thickener: (carboxymethylcellulose), sweetener: (sodium cyclamate), acidity regulator: (sodium citrate), flavor. May contain eggs and gluten.
Average nutritional values in 100 g of the mixture: energy 1610kJ / 383kcal; fat 7g, of which saturated fatty acids 5.9g; carbohydrates 66g, of which sugars 49g; protein 7.9g; salt 0.94g.
Preparation instructions: pour the contents of the bag into 2 liters of cold water, mix well, pour into the hot drink maker. Turn on the maker and set the temperature to 85°C, after the drink thickens, reduce the temperature to 50 - 60°C.
Yield: 2.5 - 2.6 L of chocolate drink.
Storage: dry storage up to +25°C.
