Mixture POLARiCO Eco Zero Watermelon 200 g

Powder mix for preparing crushed ice or chilled drinks. ECO ZERO – sugar must be added to the mixture.
Ingredients: maltodextrin, citric acid, dried apple juice 5% (glucose syrup, apple juice from concentrate), aroma, thickeners (guar gum, sodium alginate, pectins), stabilizers (sodium phosphates, diphosphates), dyes (tartrazine, azorubine, yellow SY) may have adverse effects on the activity and attention of children, anti-caking agents (calcium phosphates).
Nutritional information per 100g of mixture: energy 1547kJ / 368kcal, fat 0g, of which saturated fatty acids 0g, carbohydrates 77g, of which sugars 6.3g, protein 0.7g, salt 0.83g.
Preparation of crushed ice: in a container, mix the contents of the bag with 1.4 kg of sugar and add 8 l of water. Mix thoroughly. Once dissolved, pour the solution into the crushed ice maker and turn on the machine. Yield: 9.5 - 10.5 liters of crushed ice.
Preparation of chilled drink: in a container, mix the contents of the bag with 1.4 kg of sugar and add 16 l of water. Mix thoroughly. Once dissolved, pour the solution into the chilled drink maker and turn on the machine. Yield: 17.5 liters of chilled drink.
Recommendation: The solution prepared according to the instructions can be stored at temperatures up to 8°C for a maximum of 72 hours.
Storage: dry storage up to + 25°C.
