Powder food coloring. This powder concentrate is added during the production process and is used to color prepared doughnuts, doughnuts, pastries, cakes, popcorn, waffles, drinks... Dosing as needed depending on the product.
(Dosing in the production of Gourmet popcorn: 2oz. SIGNATURE BLENDS /5 gallon popcorn. It is dosed after the sound signal sounds and into the warm glaze before pouring the popcorn into the boiler.)
Ingredients: dextrose, E133 - Brilliant blue FCF, E102 - Tartrazine. (Color E102 can have adverse effects on children's activity and attention).

Storage: in a dry warehouse up to +20°C, protect from direct sunlight.
