Powder mixture for the preparation of original caramel popcorn (with caramel - sugar crust), which is used only in special caramelizers.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, barley malt , emulsifier: soy lecithin , potassium tartrate, aroma, caramel dye.
Nutritional / Energy value per 100g: 1715kJ / 404kcal, fats 4.8g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.7g, carbohydrates 90g, of which sugars 59g, proteins 0.6g, salt <0.01g.

Instructions for preparation: put 340ml of water, 1 bag (620g) of Caramel Corn Mix powder, 110 g of coconut fat into the caramelizer and heat in a machine to approx. 140 ° C, with cyclic mixing switched on and cover with a lid. After about 15-20 minutes, when the caramel glaze forms, pour popcorn into the caramelizer and let it stir for about 1 minute.
Storage: in a dry warehouse up to + 20 ° C, protect from direct sunlight.
