Are you looking for an original way to attract new customers and differentiate your offer from ordinary businesses? Everyone knows the classic Belgian waffles, but crispy ball waffles on a skewer – Bubble Cake Pop – act as an instant magnet for the eyes of adults and children. This format is an ideal “finger food” in your hand, which is easy to consume while walking and generates a high margin with minimal raw material costs. The device solves common problems of operations with uneven baking, dough sticking or lengthy cleaning after a difficult shift.
The waffle maker is stable thanks to four stainless steel legs, has aluminum baking plates with a non-stick surface and easy control - adjustable thermostat (50–300 °C), timer (0–10 minutes) and a solid body designed for long-term use. The plates are not removable.
An ideal helper for pastry shops, bistros or for creative baking at home.
– a new culinary trend that is conquering our kitchens. Waffles are particularly crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. They taste like pancakes with a touch of sugar. They can also be combined with ice cream. Suitable for buffets, restaurants, cafes, hotels....
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How long does it take to bake one batch of Bubble Cake Pop waffles?
With the machine preheated to 180–200°C, baking one batch takes approximately 2.5 to 3.5 minutes, depending on the density of the dough used and the desired degree of doneness.
Do baking sheets need to be re-oiled before each baking?
Thanks to the non-stick Teflon surface, there is no need to grease the plates before each portion. For optimal results and to maintain the long life of the coating, a light spray of the separation spray at the beginning of the shift or after every 5 to 6 bakings is sufficient.
How to properly clean the equipment so as not to damage the molds?
Clean when the machine is slightly cooled (approx. 50°C). Use a soft damp cloth or paper towel. Never use steel wool, abrasive cleaning sand or sharp metal tools, which would damage the Teflon coating.
What kind of dough is best to use in this device?
The machine will process both standard cast waffle dough and ready-made professional waffle mixes (e.g. PASTRiCO ). The mix should have a medium viscosity to completely fill the ball segments of the mold without leaking out the sides.
