Mixture POLARiCO Eco Strawberry 500 g

Powder mixture for the preparation of ice slush or cold drink ECO – to the mixture is necessary to mix sugar.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, citric acid, maltodextrin, dried apple juice 2 % volume, glucose syrup, strawberry flavor, thickeners (guar gum, sodium alginate), stabilizers (sodium pyrophosphate), anti-caking agents (calcium phosphates, calcium sulphate), coloring (tartrazine, carmoisine, Sunset yellow FCF, sulphite ammonia caramel) may have an adverse effect on activity and attention of children.
Nutritional information per 100g of composition: energy 1602kJ / 381kcal, fat 0g of which saturated fat 0g, carbohydrates 88g, of which sugars 81g, fiber 0,8g, protein 0g n, salt 0,42g
Ice-slush preparation: in a vessel, mix the contents of the bag with 1 kg of sugar, add 8 l water. Mix thoroughly. After dissolution, pour the solution into slush maker and turn on the machine. The yield: 9.5 to 10.5 L of slush.
Cold drink preparation: in a vessel, mix the contents of the bag with 1 kg of sugar, add 16 l of water. Mix thoroughly. After dissolution, pour the solution into cold drinks maker and turn on the machine. The yield: 17.5 liters of cold drink.
Recommendation: The solution prepared according to the instructions may be stored at temperatures below +8°C max. 72 hours.
Storage: dry storage to +25°C.
